Clinical Psychologist

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and registered with the HCPC as a 'Practitioner Psychologist'. I have worked in the field of psychology since 2002 , began in the NHS in 2004 and continue to work there part-time in addition to working privately, which I have done since 2013. I am based in South West London but offer the majority of sessions and assessments remotely which means services are accessible from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are based.

I am an accredited ASD assessor, enabling me to assess and diagnose Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in adults and children. I am also considered a specialist assessor of ADHD and I have many years of experience in working with developmental conditions and neurodiversity.

I also have experience in working with a variety of problems and difficulties (mostly with adults and young people over 16) with both neurotypical and neurodiverse people including:

  • Depression and low mood

  • Anxiety

  • Trauma reactions including PTSD and developmental trauma

  • Stress (including workplace difficulties)

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Managing diagnoses

  • General psychological formulations i.e. “what is contributing to and maintaining the difficulties and what could help?” This is a helpful approach for people who are not seeking a specific diagnosis but who may be curious about their own psychology/ mental health and wellbeing

These are some of the most common issues I work with; if you need to talk about something different, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss. If I am not in a position to help you, I will try my best to put you in touch with someone who can.
